This looks like an image of a man hanging off of a rope on a very large picture or billboard. I feel like this image is more artistic because pictures like these make people think about how it was taken. I don't think this photo was photoshopped. I think that it was taken zoomed in to make the picture appear massive compared to the person. I think the photographer was trying to show how big the painting was by comparing it to the man who looks miniature. I believe that this man could be fixing something on the billboard which is why he is on a rope.
